Mirai Nosis emails your clients the day before each appointment and when a vaccine is due within the next 7 days. It also sends appointment confirmations, cancellations and reschedules, so your team doesn't have to write each email.
Epidemiological Surveillance
When you mark a suspected case during a consultation, the epidemiological report is created automatically. Your dashboard shows active cases, automatic threshold alerts, critical hotspots from the last 30 days, trend charts and a heat map of Peru by department. The community view is anonymous and aggregated, and only uses data pet owners agreed to share.

Yes, by email. Mirai Nosis notifies your clients one day before each appointment and when a vaccine is due within the next 7 days, and also sends them the confirmation, cancellation or rescheduling of their appointments. Reminders are sent by email only, not by WhatsApp or SMS.
Yes, with the Pet Owner Portal. Once their access is enabled, owners sign in with their email: no password, no app, from their phone or computer. There they see each pet's next visit and next vaccine or check-up date, request vet appointments online, reschedule or cancel them within the window your clinic sets, review the prescribed treatment and medication, and download prescriptions as PDFs. The full medical record isn't shown in the portal: owners can request a copy, which your clinic receives for review.
Each branch of your clinic has its own QR codes. With the appointment booking QR, clients request an appointment from their phone and the request reaches your team for confirmation. With the waiting list QR, they join the reception queue from their phone. QR codes are per branch, not per pet.
Yes. You can create users for your whole team, each with their own role, and work across one or several branches, so everyone works from the same information.
