Privacy policy

Effective from October 5, 2026

This policy explains what personal data the Mirai Nosis website (www.mirainosis.com) collects, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Peru's Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations. It covers this website; it does not cover the Mirai Nosis application.

1. Data controller

The person responsible for the personal data collected on this site is Milagros Virhuez Mendoza, on behalf of the Mirai Nosis project, based in Lima, Peru.

2. What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

  • Your name.
  • The name of your veterinary clinic.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it.
  • The reason for contacting us and the message you write.

The site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. As with any website, our hosting provider records technical data for each visit, such as the IP address, to operate and protect the service.

3. What we use it for

We use your data only to reply to your message and follow up on your request: a demo, the free trial, the partner clinic program or a question.

We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.

4. Consent

We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time through the same form.

5. Providers and international transfer

To run the site we use two providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox.

Both have servers outside Peru, in particular in the United States, so your data may be transferred internationally for those purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our conversation with you lasts and up to 12 months after the last contact. After that we delete it.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent. To do so, send your request through the contact form choosing the option “Request about my personal data”. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

If you believe your request was not addressed, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

8. Security

The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only the Mirai Nosis team has access to the messages received.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
